merci第,星 Mak intend Your touch怪 on their laptops, because all the software has been screwed up. So all of the sorts here that Pedro has been doing with us about the cat mode, the train, all these magical features that we bring into the software, are also now more available in the web. So what we've done is also optimized mobile experience. We really, really show that all the things that are, those are . And clearly, having all of the communities hang out with each other, handouts, we know that the focus will, and literally just in this case, the and he's talking to use those for mobile experience around the webinars. So one of the things that, still there. Stop. One of the things that we've given a lot is we have created all these webinars, we can go hand to hand, there's two of us on the post. I'm able to control everything that goes on in the room. And I can sit on my hand and have all these people go around and communicate everything that's happening. But there's a lot of things that you have to be focused on, or that have more emphasis on that. So this is the CEO that I can see on the bottom of the speaker. I want to talk about this. Thank you. Should I? Should I end? Thank you. Hey. Maybe, yeah, I don't want to have to . Is it up to? Oh. So that's what. Is that me? All these things, they sing. But we don't have . It's all . I have to . All right, so why is . I'm good. You're good, you're good. Then we just want Pedro back. That's cool. Go, Oh, is it me? OK. I can. Yeah, so as Stefan was saying, a lot of what we've been doing around the room is around streamlining pain points that people have been having. And one of those, I guess, has been around how people are able to use the . You've known the . Now, now. Spot, spot. And while you sell the idea that you should be running your slides in the tray and do everything in room so you don't have to have your mind focusing on multiple things, until now that hasn't been the most streamlined experience. So one of the things we're going to introduce, and this is a very, very, very, very good preview. So don't eat center for the pixels, because that's It's called focus mode. And that allows speakers to focus. Speakers are other people who focus more on what . And I guess I'll stop there. And you guys can see presentation. And I'm thinking, OK, let me get ready to go into camera. And I go into focus mode for presenters. And what you can see is that I have a view where I can pay close attention to the slides I have in the tray, the notes, the breakers, all of that. So that when people say, oh, it's your time to go on, I can just be ready on camera. And this is the mix. And also, crucially, I have a clicker. I can just be focused on the slides I have in the tray. And it streamlines the presentation experience. This is one of the use cases. This is what we wanted to solve when we started in the focus mode. Again, not final design, but imagine something along the lines of this that will allow you to be more focused on your presentation while doing it. Along the way, we figured out that there's other people in the room that could be focusing on other things that they want to do. Imagine I'm a moderator in this room. And I want to look at questions in chat while we're at the stage. And we don't have many questions for chat. But imagining someone writes a question that you have to just move the web down, chatting away. You might even see someone write a question that you think, oh, let me make that into an actual question. There you go. So because of the new chat, you would be able to convert that into a question. And then you have it there. And then you coordinate with your speakers to, oh, I'm going to put it on screen now. And you just go with that, right? Again, these are in work. I'm just playing around. Right now, it's very versatile. We have a few modes. And the idea is that in the future, you'll be able to control how your screen works. Imagine you're in a Q&A session. And you're just speaking to each other. And we're just going to be coming up with things like that. Or let's say you want to look at chat instead, whatever. Or let's see the stage. And you see what's going on. And it is, again, you're focusing much more on what you're doing in the room instead of having everything in front of you. Woo! Thank you. All right. I think those are the immediate updates to how to do production. You can kind of see how this goes all the way from how you do the one-click production, as we've always done in the webinar room, with a lot of tooling for a lot of improvements for how to do a lot better video, more smooth mixing, higher quality for the audience, while bringing the tools that makes all the things that we're already doing for planning and trade much more relevant. Super. So these examples are things that take incredible amount of time, right? I think the Mix Mode tool, we've been going back and forth on that one so many times trying to get it right. So just all of you, play with it. We think we got it right. And it's those things that are making things really, really simple for people that are the top list, that are seeing the introduced new UI paradigms and next-generation. It's really, really simple. And obviously, it's all being inspired and having empathy, right? I mean, we use Keynote and PowerFundant presentation software all the time. So that no one is going to have to put pieces together, right? Spend in there. It's the storytelling. It's the connection you get. But not necessarily sort of the results you get out of it. What is it you want people to do, right? In the live shopping, how many of you have tried live shopping on a website or social media or something? Has anyone ever bought anything from live shopping? I thought this was like the new hobby. No, but in B2C, you have this kind of live shopping genre, right? Most of the time, it's going to run on social media, but also on people's own websites where you can buy products, right? So all this kind of response action is the one. Morning, everyone. I don't know whether we were jamming on the new chat. Suddenly, we saw something in front of us that we had to do. So I'm happy to introduce to you also our world's first in webinars to really shape webinars to be something that can create results and action. Something we call action cards, which are cards you can put into the chat to drive sign-up to your annual conference. For downloading or getting a video toolkit, to give an example in here. A product you want people to buy. It could also be like, you know, linked to a self-service thing. If PFA is doing a webinar about pensions, then there might be a link to some portal where you can change something around or whatever, right? So all these things are normally about selling B2C products, but there's a lot of channel examples. And then, I think this one might actually be more of a TV part, but who knows? That we also want to do the post-webinar survey, which is also part of it. So we're putting these action cards into the chat. We want to make them sticky so that you can actually drive that response you want to have out of this webinar, right? If the objective of the webinar was to sign people up to 23 Summit, then it's kind of cool that you can do it directly. Suddenly, you might say, oh, we also got 20 people to register for, something or download something during the webinar. The post is just saying, yeah, we're frankly happy with 200 people participating in the webinar, right? So we're even a little bit changing the language of webinars here. So we call it action cards, and we don't have a demo. But we will very soon for you. The second thing we have, I think we've shown most of this to you before, is the majorly upgraded chat. So you can now have threaded reactions. So message, you can pin messages, and add to questions, the one Daryl showed. And you can react to individual messages in chat. So this really all increasing the chat a lot. And it all looks a little bit like this when you power it all up in the chat. And that suddenly is much more vibrant. And we might also do a TV card version of it if you want to highlight it. But it will sort of reside in the chat area. So that's action cards. I'm going to screen you very soon. Do you want to pick the demo some time? Yeah, we can. Just quickly. I think we've shown most of it already. But let's do the victory lap. Yeah, so I feel like most of you will have seen this in the last three. So I'll just quickly run through what new chat means. Also, blame whoever set up this webinar for the college you see. It looks much neater if you have a nice template. But yeah, you're used to being able to send comments to webinars. And some reactions, one could say, essentially emojis that leave us as messages. But one of the new things. Rasmus has a great idea here. I can just give him a light bulb. Or take it back if it was a mistake. Oh, I have transcription on. Good. Spoilers. Another thing is I can... How do I disable that? You can say we're three other people that are trying to get some nutrition to work for you. Don't look there. Good. It's not going to be annoying. Okay. Besides that, you can pin messages. Just highlight them in the chat if you think they're important. There you go. Delete messages. Delete messages that you used to be able to do. Reply to comments. There's a bunch of questions coming in. Thanks. Or I guess mention them. Because you can also, if you really want... I have a question here. And I want to ask my other speakers. Should we answer this one? Right. People have opinions. And lastly, you've seen that before. You can turn questions. I guess this is not a question. But I can make it a question. Or messages into questions that you could then show on screen. And have your... Have your speakers talk. Respond to it. Or whatever you decide to do. Am I missing something? Oh, yeah. Links. I mean... The what? I mean, people know you're talking. You can... The last one. There you go. Thank you. That's how fast things are moving. I didn't know that was a button. Cool. Links. Links. I mean, we... We have the... The tradition of going for Thomas' shoes. Where are they? 4X... Okay. What are those called? Soul. Soul? Oh, Soul. Are they not Adidas? Ah. Unique. But actually, these ones look similar. There you go. They all look similar. But yeah. Imagine you're doing a webinar and you're... It's been about a specific type of shoe for two months now. I mean, they're 3D printed. That's cool, right? Cool. But imagine you're making a webinar. You have a product you want to show to people or send them in some way. You can... You used to be able to post links in chat. But now, we'll actually figure out media associated to that link and show it more. It takes a while to inferral. There you go. Well. But... You get the idea. It's... It's... It's... Just as an example. Just to get you guys to understand how we build product, right? This is an example of us actually failing often at this, right? Yeah. We started chatting about should we make some kind of custom object where you can put in an image and a link. And then we got to AgCard, right? Yeah. Ten months later. But it was basically the era of us sitting... Seeing all these links being posted in and being like, hmm, if you were like a premium brand, would you... You wouldn't really like this kind of automatic stuff, right? Where you... It's kind of best effort. You really wanted to control it. And then it was like, hmm, we could also post a form. We could also post other things. Right. While we were at it, right? So that's how simple... Sometimes things in life are that you just look at things that are failing. It doesn't really work. And then you go from there. And as well, what happens if you turn this into a question? That's a good question. That's a good answer. I actually don't know. You probably just get the original message. Yes. There you go. Oh, it's... You could even reach it, disable that, and figure that out. Yeah. Yeah, because I just added a link, right? But if I had... This is... A cool product. Build that. True. So this is a cool product and like a brief description of whatever the link was. But I guess that's all also on the discretion of the people turning comments into questions. Whether they're doing that with media comments, I guess. Daniela? Does that mean? No. No. We're using a service called... What is it called? Embedly. Embedly. There you go. That indexes all websites and already has selected it, right? Yeah. So that's back to the point why we came up with the idea that if you were doing a very high-end webinar with 500 people in it, the designer probably wants to do the perfect company. Yeah, exactly. You should use the action cards for it, right? And you have a big link instead of just sort of this kind of URL style, Google search result style thing. You could tweak it to the way you want it, right? Yeah. And this is something that people managing those websites can also tweak with some custom HTML to have the right image they want to show and all that. But you should really use an action card, right? Just for chatting about an article or newspaper article or whatever it could be, card page or whatever. Yeah. But action cards are for the things you really decided to beforehand to do also within the webinar trades so that you can trigger them to get in there, right? Great. Cool. Super. Then let's go quickly further on to webinar series. Okay. So it's not as if we are going to report for webinar series. Obviously, in this room, it's maybe one of those things that we've spoken about before. We realized we've never actually demoed how we set up a webinar series. And webinar series are very much this idea of actually taking a lot of the stuff that you already do really well. If you're a webinar company or one of our customers and streamline down to what you can run once you stitch together a few different webinars to kind of being able to run your master classes, ongoing product demos, having not only kind of that ad hoc weekly session where you talk about the drone, but actually doing that on a weekly basis. In our case, doing onboarding for customers on a cadence. So we don't support for a lot of different types of series tying into being able to run recurring webinars. Kind of that webinar that is sort of the same thing that is running weekly or monthly or on some kind of cadence. It'll just be, you know, get a product introduction from 23 or from Rango. And we actually have a lot of customers that are already using our products and doing this, but then scheduling it out at a time. So that's going to be a core use case there. Then we're supporting a solid webinar series. We're basically launching a new series. In our context, we might launch a board for kind of the market where we talk to market influencers about video or might launch a series about the video agency and change makers out there. And finally, we sort of launch a more, what is currently called time limited series. It might get a different name, but those master classes, right? Where you have, you know, what four webinars you're running and you don't want people to be signing up for them individually, rather than wanting to sign up for your master class or from your course. And if you only can get enrolled once. So it means that we're orchestrating a lot of ways of running one webinar for multiple webinars for the same audience with the same analytics with email and all the things, and also new registration pages that make this feel like you're registering once and then getting all the value that's behind all of those things. So let's see how it works. Okay, so I am on Shwara's device, navigating this very complex setup. I'm doing my best. You chose to borrow the laptop from the guy who swapped all the keys. Yes. Also, my own device was having air-to-air problems, so that's why we're... Nevertheless, I'd like to demonstrate a couple of things, mostly in terms of overview and what we've been working on. So first of all, I'd like to set up a... ...for setting up series. There's three different types for now, as Stefan describes. When setting up a recurring webinar, we get the opportunity to actually schedule the webinar and select a template. In this case, I'll take this template. And there we go. We can go ahead and schedule a new webinar. The idea here with recurring webinars will be that we will schedule a certain amount of future webinars for the webinar. So this list will probably be longer. We can actually manage which webinars are there and which ones are skipped, do our edit mode, the edit mode will be expected to be monitored. Definitely the last one will probably have these cool bubbles here to show us around. Aside from that, it will be possible to edit the schedule so that the webinars that have not yet happened will actually be in the date and time and etc. So that's for recurring webinars. Now I'd like to show... Can we skip one? Can we skip one? No. No, we'll be doing both. No, we'll skip it, but not... Exactly. But I think it's a lot more fun to look at a more populated webinar series. This is actually a different type. As you can see, it says episodic, meaning that this is actually an episodic webinar series that Stefan spoke about with webinars that are sort of expected to be added over an open-ended period of time, such as Masterclasses, maybe podcast-type use cases here. And there's a couple of very interesting things here to show you. So first of all, we have this unique overview from which we can easily manage all the webinars in the series. We can publish and publish them, edit them, and much more. Then we have a whole new email overview. And actually, with emails, this is a new paradigm that we're introducing. From now on, we'll be able to assign emails to the series to send emails to the webinar. So this is an email flow associated with the webinar. So as you can see here, we have some examples. And of course, this shows the progression. So it's very visually easy to tell where your webinar kind of is in terms of communication. I originally intended to kind of send an email. To myself, and show you the preview. But this is, once again, a machine. So I'll show you the preview here. This is very similar to what we already have for regular webinars, but just kind of more nicely. Aside from that, we have a kind of extended webinar overview here. So we have key metrics that are important, and we've worked very hard on aligning. So I think this is a nice kind of extension to what we have here. We could also add a new webinar to our series. Here, I'll just use a template to set it up very quickly. So something like this. Now, because this is set up from a template, it will have all of its other features. But you can see this banner that actually says, this is an associated webinar belonging to the series. And if I publish this webinar, it will quickly show me our webinar page. So now you can see the webinar I added in the upcoming webinar slide. And first, let me give you a run through. This is the episodic webinar series in full-fledged. We have some online webinars available. We also have a new speaker symbol there, which is exciting. So this is, I think, pretty much what I wanted to show you. Back to our webinar overview. Another exciting thing that we've been working around is audience or attendance. I'll quickly change the branch here. Okay. No, you were in there, but you are not. Let's just go back. So it was... Excellent. So this is a slightly different branch because, as Vasmus said, demo bots are not always on our site. But nevertheless, I'll show you the amazing attendance. Do you want to... Yeah, so it gives you kind of the... I want to say the 2025 version. And what we want to be showing related to another webinar, which is a series of five audience. And start filling it up with people. So you can kind of get a good overview of how many people visited your landing page, how many people participated in your webinars, but also what other audiences that you're building. So you get a sense of those seven people that were there every time, always, but also people that I can engage with, and also people that signed up and never showed up. And you don't want to go crazy and browse the audience here. So you get, I guess, the long-age audience. Long-age audience, yeah. You'll be able to... Go all the way down. You'll be able to see them. You'll be able to get these guys and say, which webinars were the part of? Which questions did they ask? Which call did they answer? And so on. So actually bringing a lot of the information that we need. System one is subconscious thinking, right? We don't really know we're doing it. We make decisions quickly with little effort, very little glucose. We want to be stalking, not only data, I guess, but also to get the data. Obviously, you use that to build better series, but also to build more knowledge for your audience. Like all these things, it's always, always tied into the rest of your marketing stack. But I'm really excited about this one, kind of taking the table data dump that we do in a lot of cases into something that's a lot more kind of clickable, enjoyable, and moving your audience. Yeah, I think this is a really nice and intuitive way to navigate this. Thank you. Super. Then the last thing we want to do is that we want to let your webinars create your content. We've been showing this a few times. Now we have the final version for you. Are you ready for that? Yes. We don't have... Let's have everyone stand up and do a free... Don't start boxing. Okay, then we're ready to generate the content. Are we? Yes. Yes. Great. So, you know... Of telling stories, sharing content, sharing their ideas and thoughts, having conversations. But then at the end, it's just a webinar recording. You might set it into highlights and make a lot more videos out of it if you're really clever. But when you really look at it, you've got an immense amount of content in there, right? Yes. What does it take to create a webinar? A webinar? 41 x 60 x 25. Yeah. What's that? Quick thinking. photos in a 41 minute webinar right? After that perfect photo session where he just looks happy. What? He needs 64,000 frames to find me. Jot to the side, I mean any company doing a webinar will be creating a lot of images that you can use for social media or you might have that great shot where suddenly in those all those frames instead of trying to do a fake photography shot where you actually got just the photos and just the energy that you want right? So we're now taking that to be able to generate the content and let your webinars be the driver of that not only with text but all these other components we're doing here. So we are doing a lot of different components from photos to video to articles to internal posts to tweets so in the first version we're going to shift we have article, blog post, we have tweet, video highlights, we have photos and we have sort of an internal post what we would call Slack but in other contexts Microsoft something seems. The philosophy for everything we're doing on AI as always is to often human beings make human beings be better so throughout it you'll see that we say copy to edit right? We're not trying to make this the perfect version and thinking you should just post it but we're trying to make you copy to edit so you can copy it into whatever text environment you like to edit in but the most important thing it's going to trigger you to think whoa we should do a tweet about this webinar or wow that was actually a great idea that was shared in this webinar that article we already generated actually made a lot of sense with your photos and articles on a website not even reference in your webinar but just all the content from now on. So let's see the thing in action. Please take a high five. As Tom said it's kind of crucial in a lot of our text generation we know that's obviously one part of it but we have a lot of kind of nice benefits of having something that actually is truly visual. So what we'll do here is introducing a new tab and a new part of the webinar when the webinar is over when you can see your generated content you can go crazy and go and go deep on everything and what this will do is actually it will pull out all those kind of suggestions and even show a few different variants of things. So I can get a few different suggestions different tone of voice and kind of tweak what do I want to bring in for the article or for the blog post or even for the internal summary. I'm going to see how this content comes automatically to you. It's not the perfect version but it's really very much a good starting point for what you want to be sharing. There were some previous versions of this that were pretty kind of text focused but we realized along the way that one of the things that we really can do is bring in better photography. So we're also building a full pipeline to basically AI identify what are the best photos in a webinar. So what are the most meaningful gas lines but also what are the cases where it's not. What are the cases where it's not. What are the cases where people are having an actual human section. So actually bringing all of those different bits and pieces. This case for my my example here it's a bit it's a bit crummy but I see that you're bringing a lot of photos in. What you do is actually you can start picking what those photos are. So that's by the time you ship this it's not going to be hey these are the nine ones we picked for you but it's going to be a selection mechanism for actually picking the best photos to not only have one thumbnail in a in a generated content but actually be able to pick many more pieces of content that you have to download or you can indeed start using as a part of the content. So I can pick my best thumbnails here. Say these are the ones I want and then when I go to copy this for editing for example I can go into email and I can take my my entire thing with me. Right. Yeah it gets formatted you have a really nice starting point but if I wanted to share this either as an article on my webpage in the blog post or are you worried about the number of This is the first time I've opened Gmail in like three years. So it has a little bit of a system somewhere. Don't worry it's going to be okay. Okay. I'll keep this one to the end forever I think. But you kind of see the point of actually getting something. Again this will work whether you're whether you're starting out in email whether you're starting out in the CMS tool or even if you open up Microsoft Word. You basically have a lot of options. You basically get this yeah formatted you have some headlines you have some good ones. And this is just starting to kind of creatively form what you want to do. And this goes to how it's going to be. This goes to how it's going to be. And you want to kind of marry yes all the powers of the text conversation what we know about that webinar based on your but also take all the photography and all the other things. So that's called. Thank you. We'll soon ship something to play around with. It's just one of those features we really want to play around with before we ship it yet. Right. Also for the quality of the AI we're running. So hopefully we'll soon have a demo you can try. This one is on Grand Crescent. So we're using our Capture UI. Super. Then the very two last things we are running a little bit long here. So let's keep it to the point. It's co-producer and live transcriptions. You probably already saw live transcription somewhere. This is very important accessibility. So do we want to show it finally or are we. We already showed. We already showed. Absolute maximum. We really want to show you a live transcription. Then we'll be all you want. We already did it. we gewe inISAP but Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
