Imp they can see i am great otherwise it's good to start all right so this is prototype of going to speak and we'll head on to the next slide so why prototypes just a quick one on this one it's because it's really really a good way to test and decide those and use the future in a very very early stage before we do actual proof before we finish up the future that will just decrease the process and can actually pick up in a very early stage this is something that is viable for the business and but also to choose the confidence in our future this is actually something that we don't when we hear that this is something they say yeah this is good so you can adjust and build confidence and so next time so what is it we're going to show today we're going to show the joint prototype um why are we doing this first of all we can see there's a strategic fit with the engaging participatory recognize track you want to make of the demands more engaging and participatory uh for the audience to yeah confusing it's also highly requested from customers saying that it is actually one of the features they would like of the number one and we look at um it's also a basic feature yeah it's not a delight but it's a basic feature it's very much something that is expected from a client that is out what is it yeah it's basically basically enabling attendees to raise the hand in the webinar room to join as a speaker because we hear about that from our customers that they want to get to but also ask questions right and there are still a lot of questions finish it up and so on but that's actually why we built it for this time to go down and go up there now and show me the speaker and get to keep that of what is actually needed to shape the new people so uh let's move on to the demo yes yeah before i hit directly into the demo before i hit directly into the demo there are a couple things i want to just to to address this is the second time that we do this prototyping prototyping happy farm thing i think it's extremely fun i think one of the one of the really cool things about it is that it challenges us to think in different ways and it also challenges us to kind of because we are a little bit constrained by time we have to have two days for doing this so we know it's going to be rough and but it also challenges us to think of ways to utilize our systems and the tools that we have available to us today which is actually quite quite expensive when you when you sit down and think about it and actually see what like what can i do like to get this thing done or over the goal line within these two days right so that is always extremely fun and it's always extremely fun to be part of the beginning where everyone just has opinions and you could go this way or you could do it that way or what about that then all of a sudden you end up in a conversation where you're like two years ahead in time and you are this would be the ultimate way of doing it and you're like yeah but we have two days and we can't we can't go all the way back again and get back to reality so that's super fun a little bit about the setup that you're seeing here the way we thought that we might do this the most interactive way possible for you so you could actually follow along with what's going on and if we assemble this and realize the narrowing we have actually i'm on the two groups right now but this one is between me and this lens who's also helped out on the on this program he's in sharing the screen over here and he will act as the producer as we know today i will be over here acting as the audience so i will be raising my head you will then be able to see it probably here hopefully and then you can see the whole interaction going on actually in real life so let me just quickly register here here so uh as you some of you have noticed can you find it oh you know you knew you knew oh no you've been watching over our show but there is a little head down here beside the other hand the icon and stuff like that isn't finalized yet in the position of that but i mean there's a rough door here like it's possible to raise your hand and also be aware again broad typing there's not a lot of feedback as it is right now but it's you'll see what happens now when i switch my way uh the same has the ability to accept me and now as an audience i will then be transferred to a speaker room so now i'm a speaker and i can join as a speaker i will then ask you to be allowed to share my microphone camera i will get here in the room that was the that was the bad camera angle let's try a better one in here now the producer would be able to control me and produce me like he always does you know determine when i need to go on screen am i muted what am i uh yes you can also yeah you could go back and i could ask my question and then you go back to producing again yes just then and i would be done and now you see actually over here as lynn now has the ability to kick me back again so if you think that was good that was a little uh introduction on passing the mic that's awesome i hope you enjoyed it yes exactly and those are the things of that those are the kind of challenges that we've been talking about but we could have spent two days talking about that right and nothing would have gotten done instead we just threw ourselves at it and right now that is a limitation right when you hit the the speaker that is right but that is something we of course will have to to challenge and work around when you get to the real thing but it's such a story as it has been yeah so great question what was the two years from now no but that was you know everything is uh you can control the speakers you can control like your speaker list and how would that look because we also as you saw into the green room right but in a future version you might go up on the speakers right and then you get the click button from up here but then you also have the ability to kick speakers who was already part of the show right so you get a little more administration to your webinars right but that way you will also be able to maybe control the ceiling of speakers data right because that would be in a way to say like well now now you you you left or you were out and maybe you can also signal them somewhere like you're not online anymore right you don't have the 20 or connection maybe something like that yes as audience no no as a speaker oh yeah as the speaker yeah for now but we're looking at other browsers that you can support it that would be part of mature right but i guess it should be edge was a borrowing and you had a discussion around if you have a like a very big event that the uh like the host can actually decide which person he would like to you know he wouldn't take because the wrong one or the person with the best question or oh so like some should be actually big if it gets like like 10 uh people who raised their hand and we know that two of them might not be i think that's also the long idea we've been having right the vetting process of these people is would be to have the green room maybe even more interactive where you're actually in a room for yourself to begin with and you can talk to people and you can maybe have a moderator in there that could ask like what is your question okay you're gonna be passed through and it's a little like like you would see yeah and the design vision is that a lot of people will get in there but also long term that you you would want to see their questions that they wrote like a twitter i want to ask about xyz or whatever but also that we checked that we actually first would put them in there when you could see their their camera and that their audio was working right so that we don't i mean obviously a lot of corporate clients are very worried about people playing pornography or whatever out at the webcam or whatever right there's a lot of compliance or kind of experience management you want but also just be able to see is this person you know who is this right and not just a name but i get a little bit more feel for it but obviously i think also what we're discussing a lot now is also that in some ways it also just becomes a kind of an easy way to join as a normal speaker right so if you're not the keynote speaker for some webinars like this then perhaps you don't need to send out speaker invites for them you just will let them get in this way around right so that it's actually also kind of an easier more less restriction level to just get in right exactly again you know gives you that fluid access over your speakers and better control to that because right now it is very much set in stone like when you start the webinar okay these are the people that's going to be here but i mean that is that is good but you say the more flexibility we can have that way i think it's amazing and obviously also long time and for all of you to think about that we have the raise hand thing right or you know what we call the question that's why we talk about calling it join now right because there's a lot of use cases here that are not about asking questions that you know there's a it's really about testifying fundamentally right so what the heck is the universally globally exactly right cultural attribution to raise the hand or what is the right terminology we both joined just now but yeah yeah i think we've started we haven't we have this like what is all this video microphone was the internal time is yeah i can inform them about that yes i think that that should be you know part of you know in the future there wasn't also very much feedback when i picked the race out but it could be something you know when you click raise hand it actually pops up with a box that says be ready with all of these things and then you click like okay i'm ready i'm ready with those and then you go i think there's a lot of solutions to these and i'm kind of ideating right now and i don't think that's super valuable because that's just idea that i've been having but you know it's that is the thing we're getting from this that are all the questions that are arising now that we can actually then attack and then work on as a team right i think yes right now but i think you know there's also been talking about introducing a new role so you can you know diverse the experience a little bit from the from the invited speakers yeah cool thank you all for taking the time
